Holiday Market At The Boulevard

A flood of St. Louis shoppers supported local businesses on Dec. 13 during the Holiday Market, hosted by Tower Groves Farmers' Market and The Boulevard in Richmond Heights. Vendors selling a wide variety of art, crafts, food and clothing gathered together on this chilly Sunday to sell their local goods in honor of the holidays.

Crowds gather at The Holiday Market, hosted by Tower Groves Farmers’ Market and The Boulevard, in Richmond Heights on Dec. 13, 2020. Vendors selling a wide variety of art, crafts, food and clothing gathered together on this chilly Sunday to sell their local goods in honor of the holidays. The event had a large turnout and was determined a success by both customers and sellers alike.

Shannon Debourg, creator of Veteran Dry Goods, sells freeze-dried fruits and vegetables. The idea for the business came about when Debourg started freeze-drying produce for her husband, a marine, to bring overseas. Debourg uses local produce as much as possible for the products.

Uniti Hicks and Nikita Hicks, co-founders of Sista’s Pop, attend the festival handing out free samples and making popcorn sales. These two sisters have been running their homemade, local popcorn company for five years and have been attending festivals through the Tower Grove Farmers Market for one year.
