Fair St. Louis, “America’s Biggest Birthday Party,” runs July 4-6 at the Gateway Arch National Park grounds in downtown St. Louis.

There will be musical acts, air shows, free family fun and amazing fireworks celebrating our nation’s independence. Admission is free.

Parade Town Kick-Off Party

Parade Town is the big kick-off party for “America’s Biggest Birthday Parade” and Fair Saint Louis. The event will be held Wednesday, July 3, beginning at 4 p.m., at Kiener Plaza, 500 Chestnut St. in downtown St. Louis.

Enjoy live music, food and drink, and fun family activities.

VP PARADE

The 137th Annual VP Parade will begin at the intersection of 20th and Market streets on Thursday, July 4, at 9:30 a.m. It proceeds east on Market and ends at Market and Broadway. This year’s parade theme is “ USA.”

GETTING THERE

Festivalgoers are encouraged to take MetroLink to the fair. To minimize long lines and delays, Missouri MetroLink riders should use the Laclede’s Landing MetroLink Station to access the fairgrounds.

MetroLink stations suggested near the parade route include: Union Station, Civic Center, Stadium and 8th & Pine.

MetroLink tickets can be purchased at ticket vending machines or ahead of time using the MetroLink app.

PARKING
