A surveillance camera caught this suspect on video after he used a chain attached to his vehicle to rip an ATM from its foundation at the Phillips 66 on Lansdowne Avenue.

The Shrewsbury Police Department is seeking information about two suspects following a burglary at a gas station.

On Wednesday, Jan. 18, at 4:05 a.m., officers were dispatched for an alarm sounding at the Phillips 66 gas station at 7250 Lansdowne Ave. Upon arrival, officers observed major damage to the front door and noticed the store’s ATM was stolen.

Video surveillance determined the suspect vehicle arrive at 3:59 a.m. and two suspects were on the scene for just under three minutes. The suspects used a chain attached to their vehicle to dislodge the ATM from its foundation.

The suspect vehicle is a silver 2002-2005 Dodge Ram 1500 quad cab with no license plates, a large chrome front grille guard, rust over the driver side rear wheel well, and damage to the rear tailgate and driver side taillight. 

Both suspects appear to be Black men ranging in height from 5-foot-8 to 6-foot-1, with medium builds. Both were dressed in all black clothing. One suspect was wearing red gloves. The other had longer hair pulled into a Spandex-type cap.
