This MU Extension strength-training program is for adults who want to challenge themselves a bit more! If you previously participated in Stay Strong, Stay Healthy– Level 1 and/or have some background in performing strength- training exercises, you may enroll. This class runs from August 26 through October 31. Class is from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. You must permission from a doctor and paperwork filled out to attend this class. Class does not meet on 9/2, 10/3, 10/17, or 10/24.
