Improvisation is the act of creating something unplanned—requiring imagination, spontaneity and creativity whether you’re on stage or in the kitchen. In this hands-on workshop, we practice theatre games and exercises with improv extraordinaire Ed Reggi. Then, under the direction of Chef Robin Wheeler, we apply the art of improv to culinary techniques and flavor profiles in order to expand our ability to create something amazing in the moment.
